To qualify for the money back guarantee, you must:

1. Contact customer service at Support@evolutionsupplements.com, to obtain a Product Return Number (PRN or PR#). Allow up to 48 hours for a response for a PRN request (Monday-Friday). Requests received on the weekend or holiday will be handled the following business day.

2. Once you have received a PRN from customer service, you must include this number with the returning product (either writing on the box or placed inside of the box).

Stipulations

1. For supplements, product must be less than 20% used. Upon receipt of the returned product, the overall weight will be measured, to ensure the usage stipulation has been upheld.

2. For clothing, items must be: unworn, unwashed, and kept free of stains and signs of wear. All labels and tags must still be attached, and the return must be in the original (undamaged) packaging.

3. All shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. Evolution will not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow seven (7) business days for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

5. Refunds or exchanges will only be given once the product has been received by Evolution Supplements, and checked to ensure all stipulations have been upheld.

6. Once your return has been received, you will receive an email notifying you of the receipt. You will also receive a separate email informing you of whether you have been approved or denied for a refund.

7. Products that are NOT eligible for 100% Money Back Guarantee:

8. Evolution Supplements is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer (including wrong apartment/house number, street number, etc.). Take the time to ensure that all information provided by you is up to date and correct. Evolution Supplements is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.
